𝑻𝑯𝑨𝑵𝑲𝑺𝑮𝑰𝑽𝑰𝑵𝑮 𝑭𝑬𝑺𝑻𝑰𝑽𝑨𝑳 𝑶𝑭 𝑵𝑰𝑵𝑬 𝑳𝑬𝑺𝑺𝑶𝑵𝑺 𝑨𝑵𝑫 𝑪𝑨𝑹𝑶𝑳 2020.

          The event commences immediately the rector came in by 12:02.  Everyone was made to stand up to sing the national anthem as the choristers marched in with the father christmax , the hall was filled with jubilation as the students made their possible best to see and touch the father christmax.      *𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙜𝙪𝙚𝙨𝙩. 𝙈𝙧 𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙧 came up to handle the introduction of special guests , firstly he reconizes the presence of 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐝𝐨 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐲𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜 .𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐀. 𝐅𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐧,  𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐌𝐫𝐬 𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧 , 𝐀𝐬𝐬 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐫 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐲𝐨, 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐎𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐣𝐢 𝐒𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐧, 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐟  𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐎𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐳𝐨 𝐨𝗳 𝐔𝐬𝐞𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐥 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐔𝐬𝐞𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬 . After the introduction of the special guest and honourable personnels , Mr victor address the students and enlighten them on 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒄𝒉𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒎𝒂𝒙 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒘𝒉𝒚 𝑮𝒐𝒅 𝒊𝒔 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒉𝒚 𝒐𝒇 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒑𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒔𝒆𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒉𝒐𝒏𝒐𝒖𝒓 .                  *𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑴.𝑪 of the programme handled the microphone to one of the chiefs as 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 of the student union presented a calabash of colanut before the chief to bless according to the custom of the community .                *𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗔. 𝗙𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗻 came up for the delivery of his speech. He started by appreciating the Almighty God saying ,"𝒘𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒌 𝑮𝒐𝒅 𝑨𝒍𝒎𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕𝒚 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒚𝒆𝒂𝒓 𝒃𝒆𝒄𝒂𝒖𝒔𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒚𝒆𝒂𝒓 𝒊𝒔 𝒇𝒖𝒍𝒍 𝒐𝒇 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒔" he continued by hailing the great student of Edo state polytechnic . He appreciated the efforts of everyone who contributed to win the " 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙘𝙝  𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝑨𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒅 ". In conclusion , the rector appreciated his staffs and promise them that their salary will not be delayed as Christmax is fast approaching. "𝑰 𝒂𝒎 𝒂 𝒄𝒉𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒎𝒂𝒙 𝒃𝒂𝒃𝒆" 𝒔𝒂𝒚𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒐𝒓             *𝐌𝐫𝐬 𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧 (𝐇𝐎𝐃 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧) took the microphone for her speech delivery. She also thank the Almighty God for his protection throughout the season of covid19 and #endsars. She speaks to her audience on the purpose of christmax and that everyone should see it as an opportunity to make his or her way with christ .            *𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 was anchored by the choir  and followed by 𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒊𝒓 𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒇𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒅 𝒃𝒚 𝒎𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒂𝒈𝒆 .                     *𝐑𝐞𝐯.
