Southeast Governors Deny the Involvement of Nnamdi Kanu in Regional Killings. 


The SoutbEast Governors denies the involvement of the IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu in the spate of killings in the SoutEast. 

The SoutEast Governor while denying this, stated that if anyone seeems to have a genuine evidence linkjng the IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu to the killings, the person should surface.

After a marathon meeting in Enugu on Thursday, chairman of the SouthEast Governors forum and Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodinma said that the perpetrators of the insecurity in the region and their sponsors were criminals and should not be seen as legitimate agitators.

“Therefore, upon arrest, they should be dealt with in accordance with the laws of the land,” he said

  NAM Satellites Five  satellites  have been launched by the Nigerian government into  outer space . Early plans to launch a national satellite in 1976 were not executed. The  NigeriaSat-1  was the first Nigerian satellite and built by a United Kingdom-based satellite technology company, Surrey Space Technology Limited (SSTL ltd) under the Nigerian government sponsorship for $30 million. The satellite was launched by Kosmos-3M rocket from Russian Plesetsk spaceport on 27 September 2003. Nigeriasat-1 was part of the worldwide Disaster Monitoring Constellation System.
